One of the most popular modern cocktails, the Pornstar Martini is an exotic blend of vanilla vodka, tropical fruit liqueurs and passion fruit. Born in Douglas Ankrah's LAB Bar in London, the Pornstar Martini was inspired by a visit to the Mavericks Club in Cape Town, South Africa. Its risqué allure and tangy sweetness makes it a favourite for almost any occasion.

The Pornstar Martini bursts with tropical flavors, featuring the luscious sweetness of passion fruit, complemented by the creamy richness of vanilla vodka and the tangy citrus notes. Consider sipping some sparkling wine as you go to balance the flavours in your mouth, and make the most of this decadent indulgence!

Vodka, Sugar, Organic Passion Fruit Concentrate, Natural Ingredients, Potassium Sorbate, Quillaia Extract, Vegetable Glycerine, Sodium Benzoate.

How to serve

Open the full aperture can and add ice until ⅔ full. Attach and secure the ShakerCan and shake hard for 8-12 seconds. Strain it neat into a 'Martini' glass or coupe and lay half a passion fruit on the foam. You may add a shot of sparkling wine on the side. Consider placing the glass or coupe into your fridge for a few minutes before making the cocktail to chill it. This will allow your drink to stay cold for longer!

FAQs

How does the Pornstar Martini foam without egg white?

While Douglas Ankrah's original recipe doesn't include egg white, some bars later incorporated it or other foaming agents when fresh passion fruit wasn't available. Our ShakaCan version uses passion fruit concentrate, naturally foaming, enhanced with quillaia extract and vegetable glycerine for extra frothiness!

Can I use another garnish for the Pornstar Martini?

Of course! We've designed all of our drinks to be enjoyed as is, garnishing them is an optional embelishment. Garnishes are usually derived from the ingredients in the drink, or the style of the drink. For the Pornstar you could also think of using a dried vanilla pod, or maybe a tropical edible flower!
